We suggest booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The fee varies by weekday or weekend. There is a 10% discount for non-profit organizations. The rental includes:

Contact Janice Scaggs with your event details. A proposal will be prepared, and once approved, a signed agreement and deposit are required. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event.

Yes, outside vendors (event planners, caterers, DJs, etc.) are allowed but must comply with the rental agreement. Vendor suggestions are available.
